Web and Software Services

  • Full refund: If the service has not commenced or if preliminary designs have not been approved.
  • Partial refund: Proportionate to the amount of service completed if there is a failure to deliver as agreed.
  • No refunds: Once the service has been rendered in full and final delivery has been accepted.

Dedicated Hiring

  • Full refund: If the service has not commenced.
  • Proportionate refund: Based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
  • No refund: For services rendered up to the point of satisfaction concerns being raised.

Applicability of the Delivery Policy

  • A service is not deemed void unless agreed-upon payments are up to date.
  • Delays in delivery due to lack of client communication are not subject to refunds.
  • Incomplete or untimely project information provided by the client absolves ASD Solutions from delivery and refund obligations.
  • No compensation for delivery delays unless there’s a penalty clause in a signed agreement.

Limitation of Liability:

ASD Solutions’ liability is limited to the value of the portion of the project incomplete at any given time. We are not responsible for any losses or service delays.

Processing of Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for the project.
